Aspen Landscape Management Inc. was started in 1999 in Loveland. Company owners Dave Lorenz and Amy Schmidt-Lorenz moved Aspen to Berthoud in 2015. Having both grown up in Berthoud they were happy to move their business back into a place with a more small town atmosphere. They liked it so much in fact; they also opened their car dealership Aspen Auto Sales in Berthoud in 2018. Dave’s father owned and operated Belmire Sprinkler and Landscape and upon returning from his duty in the Navy Dave purchased the company from his dad and continued working in the landscape industry by opening Aspen Landscape to offer landscape maintenance to commercial customers. In 2015 Dave sold Belmire to focus on Aspen Landscape Management, a smaller more intimate company where customers are our #1 priority. Now with over 35 years’ experience in the landscape industry Aspen continues to serve commercial customers in the Northern Colorado area as well as our recently added Husqvarna dealership which sells and installs Automowers and other Husqvarna battery equipment.

Aspen Landscape Management continues to lead Northern Colorado with commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation design and installation, landscape design and construction, commercial snow removal, Automowers and more. We proudly employ a team of trained professionals in all areas of landscape maintenance, from irrigation technicians to landscape techs. All Aspen staff is trained in their respective positions and are educated and certified when required. We are proud of our company and staff.
At Aspen we pride ourselves in being a small company with BIG ideas! We are leading the “Go Green” initiative in Colorado by vowing to go completely green in 5 years. Our plan is to switch over all our vehicles and equipment to battery, hybrid technology or clean fuel (propane). In addition we are striving to ensure our customers are going green too, by using battery powered Automowers which allow the grass to be trimmed more efficiently (by battery) in turn helping to save on watering needs and chemicals (fertilizer and weed sprays). Our customers are seeing amazing results with this program. By using these mowers we are also able to dedicate more of our time to taking care of and maintaining their shrubs, flowers, beds and other areas of their property.
